項(xiàng)目位于北京市朝陽區(qū)，建筑面積103㎡。屋主是一對年輕夫妻，作為二人的新居婚房，他們希望新家刪繁就簡，提升功能利用率的同時(shí)，打造擁有美觀和品質(zhì)的都市住宅。

The project is located in Chaoyang, Beijing, with floor area of 103㎡. The clients are a young couple, they wish their newlywed house to be minimal, balance the utility and aesthetics.

家是生產(chǎn)幸福的場所。我們希望隨著時(shí)間的推移，空間可以作為載體，豐富并詮釋日常中的幸福片刻。

Home is where happiness happens. We want to create a space which can enrich and produce happiness moments everyday as time goes on.

Design Answers the Question of Demand

原始戶型有許多尚未匹配未來生活狀態(tài)的地方，通過設(shè)計(jì)化解空間弊端，回應(yīng)使用需求，成為營造新居的第一步。

The original apartment is not compatible with the future living conditions. The first step of creates new home is resolve its shortcomings and fulfill the living requirements.

我們置入雙面玄關(guān)柜，一面面向入戶，一面面向起居室，一物兩用。完備儲(chǔ)物的同時(shí)與廚房、餐廳圍合成整體，玄關(guān)擁有了新的形式，也滿足不同場景的多種功能需求。

We put in double sided entryway cabinet with one side facing the entry, and the other side facing the living room. The new entryway provide storage while enclosing the kitchen and dining area as a whole, also has multi-functions for different scenarios.

置入玄關(guān)柜后為入戶增加視線遮擋和過渡空間，同時(shí)附加了衣帽柜、洗衣機(jī)、烘干機(jī)等收納和家政區(qū)域的功能。

The new entryway cabinet forms transition and interception to the space, as well as add storage and cleaning areas such as closet, washer and dryer.

出于采光、動(dòng)線、互動(dòng)性等多方面考慮，我們將封閉廚房改為開放式廚房，與島臺(tái)、餐廳結(jié)合，形成開放、包容的空間場域。多元通透的布局實(shí)現(xiàn)最大化的空間利用，促進(jìn)家人間的情感互動(dòng)、豐富生活場景。

For the better lighting, circulation and interaction, we remodel the open kitchen, combines the kitchen island and dining table to form an open and inclusive space. The new layout maximizes the utility of space, and promotes interaction of family members.

廚房電器按烹飪動(dòng)線內(nèi)嵌設(shè)計(jì)，操作便捷、合理，同時(shí)保持了立面的整潔美觀。“場景化儲(chǔ)物”及對邊角的利用使廚房區(qū)域收納功能強(qiáng)大。

Kitchen appliances embedded in cabinet according to cooking circulation and operation, while maintaining clean and tidy environment. The storage of kitchen is powerful by utilize of every inches.

餐桌由島臺(tái)延伸而來，多變的擺放形式可滿足4-6人就餐，餐廳還可作為辦公和娛樂活動(dòng)區(qū)，具有多樣的社交屬性。

The dining table extends from the kitchen island which can hold 4-6 people. The dining area can also for working and entertaining with diverse attributes.

客廳刪繁就簡，盡可能保留層高與活動(dòng)區(qū)域，光影流動(dòng)中家人的陪伴成為濃厚情感的支持。地臺(tái)從陽臺(tái)區(qū)域延伸至電視背景墻，擺放物品、隱藏收納的同時(shí)也豐富了空間層次。

The living room keep minimal by retain ceiling height and activity area, promotes intimacy and harmony of family members. The platform extends from the balcony to the TV background wall, placing items and hiding storage while enriching the height of space.

/ 其他功能空間 /Other Functional Spaces

為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對空間邊角的極致利用，圍繞衛(wèi)生間管道巧妙分隔了四面收納分別給衛(wèi)生間、馬桶間、走廊和次臥。

For ultimate use of space corners, we divide four zones around the bathroom plumbing as storage area gives to the bathroom, toilet, corridor and the guest bedroom.

臥室風(fēng)格溫暖中性，以白色搭配木色，營造簡潔、舒適的空間氛圍。預(yù)留整墻收納，滿足生活儲(chǔ)物需求。

The bedroom is warm and neutral, with white paint and wood texture, creates a minimal and cozy vibe. The whole wall cabinet fulfill the storage requirement.

衛(wèi)生間改造前被用作衣帽間使用。從需求出發(fā)，我們調(diào)整入口面向走廊，變成干濕分離的三分離客衛(wèi)，并增加了柜體儲(chǔ)物功能。

The bathroom was used as clock room previously. We adjusted the entrance to face the corridor and turn it into a triple -separated guest bathroom with wet/dry separation and ample storage.
